乙肝两对半乳胶层析检测试剂板试用评价

目的 评价乙肝两对半乳胶层析检测试剂板。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法和乳胶层析试剂板对定值血清和88份临床标本作平行检测,结果作对比分析。结果 乳胶测试板对乙肝两对丰的检测限分别达到HBsAg 1ng/ml,HBsAb 30mIu/ml,HBeAg 1NCU/ml,HBeAb 4NCU/ml,HBeAb 2NCU/ml,特异性采用夹心法的三项达到100％,其余两项为94.9％和93.9％,与酶联法相当。溶血对乳酸层检析测无影响。结论 乳胶层析检测试剂板操作简便、快速,结果可靠,适用于单个或急诊病人的快速检测。

Evaluation of Emulsoid Immunochromatography Assay for Antigen-antibody System of Hepatitis B

Objective To evaluate the commercial stripe of emulsoid immunochromatography assay (EICA) for antigen-antibody system of Hepatitis B. Methods Several fixed value and 88patients samples were detected for antigen-antibody system of Hepatitis B with ELISA and the strip of EICA simultaneously. Results With EICA the detected reached HBsAg Ing/ml,HBsAb 30mIu/ml,HBeAg INCU/ml.HBeAb 4NCU/ml,HBcAb 2NCU/ml,and their specificities were 100% (HBsAg,HBeAg,HBsAb), 94.9% (HBeAb)and 93.9% (HBcAb) .The above mentioned parameters paralleled ELISA.Hematolysis didn't afifect the results of EICA. Conclusions The commercial stripe of EICA is easy, reliable in application and the result can be gained rapidly; it is suitable in detecting respective samples,or emergency samples.
