急性时相C反应蛋白检测在老年胆道感染诊断中的应用

目的 :评价C反应蛋白 (CRP)在老年胆道感染诊断中的临床意义。方法 :临床经腹部超声检查确诊为胆道感染及胆结石而住院治疗的老年患者 ,检测患者血清中IL - 6和CRP的含量 ,与同龄健康对照组比较 ;同时并比较胆囊切除术前后血清中IL - 6和CRP的含量变化。结果 :胆道感染组CRP高于胆结石组与对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1)胆道感染组IL - 6高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,胆结石组与对照组比较IL - 6与CRP均无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。手术前后IL - 6、CRP检测结果显示 ,胆道感染组治疗后IL - 6 ,CRP水平均有明显降低 ,CRP变化非常明显 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,而胆结石组治疗前后差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :血清中CRP含量的增加可作为老年胆道感染的诊断指标之一 ,在鉴别诊断和疗效观察上具有一定的意义

INVESTIGATE THE CLINICAL APPLLICATION OF CRP INDIAGNOSIS INFECTION OF BILIARY TRACT IN SENILITY

Objective: Investigate the clinical appllication of CRP in infection of biliary tract in senility. Medthods: Select senility patience which are diagnoxised infection of biliary tract and gallstones by abdominal ultrasound. Compare the IL-6and crp in blood serum between patience group and control group . compare the IL-6and CRP in blood serum before and after cholecystectomy. Results:The CRP level in biliary tract infection group are higher than that in gallstones group and control group (P<0.001),The IL-6 in biliary tract infection group are higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There is no remarkable relation between gallstones group and control group on IL-6 and CRP ( P>0.05). There is remarkable relation before and after operation on IL-6 and CRP(P<0.05,P<0.001). There is no remarkable relation before and after operation on IL-6 and CRP in gallstones group (P>0.05). Conclusions:The CRP in blood serum can be one of a diagnosis index of senility infection biliary tract. It is important in differertial medium and curative effect observation.
