舌癌3种化疗方案的费用—效果分析

目的：探讨3种化疗方案（CVP，PVP，MVP）中治疗舌癌费用－效果的最佳方案，方法：运用药物经济学方法对分别采用一种化疗方案的舌癌病人进行费用－效果分析和比较。结果：经分析3种方案的有效率每升高一介百分点分别增加费用79．63元，82．89元和6．85元；生存期每延长1个月所需费用分别为501．12元，573．90元和389．43元。结论：3种方案中MVP最佳，与CVP、PVP相比具有显著性差异（）P＜0．05）。

Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Three Chemotherapv Regimens in Carcinoma of Tongue

Objectives: To explore the optimal regimen of cost-effectiveness in treatment of carcinoma of tonque in three chemotherapy regimens. Method; The cost-effectiveness was analysed and compared in patients with carcinoma of tonque receiving respectively one of three chemotherapy regimens by pharmacoeconomis method. Result: By analysis, the effective rate raised 1 % , the cost increased RMB 79.63, 82.89, and 60.85 Yuan, respectively; when the survival peroid lengthened one month, the required cost were 501.12, 573.90, and 389.43 Yuan, respectively. Conclusion: MVP was an optimal regimen in three regimens, there was a significant difference(P<0.05) compared with CVP,PVP.
