杜仲对去势雌性骨质疏松大鼠骨代谢、骨生物力学的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨杜仲对卵巢切除所致实验性骨质疏松大鼠血清碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素及骨生物力学的影响。方法:10月龄雌性Wistar大鼠61只随机分为4组,正常组19只,模型组11只,西药组17只,中药组14只。将模型组、西药组、中药组大鼠切除卵巢复制成骨质疏松模型。喂养3月后,比较体质量、血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和骨钙素(BGP)水平,并比较生物力学指标。结果:模型组、西药组、中药组大鼠的体质量明显大于正常组(P〈0.01)。与模型组比较,西药组、中药组大鼠血清AKP明显升高(P〈0.01),西药组血清BGP升高(P〈0.05)。西药组、中药组胫骨抗弯曲力明显优于模型组(P〈0.01)。结论:杜仲具有明显的促进骨形成的作用,并且能较好地维持去势大鼠的骨生物力学。

Effect of Eucommia on bone metabolism and bone biomechanics in ovariectomized rats with osteoporosis

Abstract:Objective:To study of Eucommia on serum alkaline phosphatase,osteocalcin and bone biomeehanies of ovarieetomized rats with osteoporosis. Methods:Sixty-one female Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal group ( n=19 ), model group ( n = 11 ), western medicine group ( n = 17, treated with Alpha ossification alcohol), TCM group(n=14,treated with Eucommia decoction). The osteoporosis rats were induced by reseeting bilateral ovarian. After 3 months,body weight,serum alkaline phosphatase(AKP),osteocalcin levels and biomechanical indicators were compared. Results:The body weights of model group,western medicine group and TCM group were significantly higher than that of normal group(P〈0.01 ). Compared with model group,AKP was significantly higher in western medicine group and TCM group(P〈0.01 ),BGP was increased in western medicine group(P〈0.05). The tibial bending resistance of west ern medicine group and TCM group were better than the model group(P〈0.01). Conclusion:Eucommia had obvious role in the promotion of hone formation. It was good for maintaining bone biomechanics of ovariectomized rats.
