甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖与预混胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的效果比较

目的比较甘精胰岛素（Glargine）联合阿卡波糖与预混胰岛素（精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素30R）治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及对血糖波动的影响。方法将65例2型糖尿病随机分为A组采用甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗，B组采用预混胰岛素每日2次皮下注射。以空腹血糖（mFBG）〈7mmol／L为目标，并监测早餐后2h血糖（mFP1G），午餐后2h血糖（mFP2G）和晚餐后2h血糖（mFP3G）计算1d4次血糖样本的标准差（SD），以及最高和最低血糖之差（△）。观察两组的血糖波动、胰岛素日用量、低血糖发生率。结果A组胰岛素日用量、低血糖发生率均低于B组（P〈0.05），血糖波动小。结论甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病比预混胰岛素更利于血糖的平稳，低血糖的发生率低，波动影响更小，患者依从性好。
