针刀治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎研究现状

膝关节创伤性关节炎是由各种外伤、手术或其他原因引起的滑膜非感染性炎症疾病,其发病率高,治愈困难,严重影响人类健康。西医保守治疗疗效不佳,手术治疗对人体伤害较大,中医中药、针灸及康复综合治疗可以有效治疗该病,特别是在针刺技术上改良的针刀。本文主要探讨了在治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎时,分别采用单纯针刀治疗方法,针刀联合中药治疗方法和针刀联合西药方法的研究现状,为更好地治疗该病提供理论依据。

Research status of treating traumatic arthritis of the knee with the needle-knife therapy

Traumatic arthritis of the knee is a synovial non-infectious inflammation disease which is caused by a variety of trauma,surgery,or other reasons. It is of high incidence,intractability,and seri-ously affects human health. Western conservative treatment is of poor curative effect and surgery has greater impact on human health. However,Chinese medicine,acupuncture and comprehensive treatment of reha-bilitation can treat this disease effectively,especially the needle-knife which is improved by traditional acu-puncture technically. This paper aims to discusse the research status of treating traumatic arthritis of the knee,respectively,with a needle-knife method,needle-knife integrating with Chinese traditional medicine and integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine methods,to provide theoretical basis for better treatment of the disease.
