基于因子分析法的慢性咳嗽中医证候学研究

目的：探讨慢性咳嗽的中医证候规律，为该病的辨证论治提供依据。方法采用预先设计的量表，对161例慢性咳嗽患者进行流行病学调查，收集慢性咳嗽的症状、舌脉等资料，建立数据库，并通过因子分析提取主要证候因子，结合中医证候学给予解释。结果因子分析共提取7个公因子，累计贡献率为54．393%，结合中医证候学进行判断，可归纳为类风盛挛急证、类肺阴亏虚证、类肝火犯肺证、类风寒袭肺证、类痰湿蕴肺证、类燥邪伤肺证及类痰热壅肺证。结论采用因子分析法的多元统计方法对慢性咳嗽的主要证候因子的提取结果与专家共识意见基本相同，可为本病的辨证论治提供依据。

Study on syndrome of Chinese medicine of chronic cough based on factor analysis

Objective To investigate the syndrome of Chinese medicine pattern of chronic cough to provide objective evidence for syndrome differentiation and treatment. Methods 161 patients of chronic cough were investigated by a predesigncd scale, data including symptoms,signs and other data were collect-ed and entered into database. Syndrome types were summarized with factor analysis based on the database. Results There were 7 common factors（ syndrome type） picked up by factor analysis. Their accumulative contribution rate was 54. 393%. Syndrome types were like Fengshengluanji, Feiyinkuixu, Ganhuofanfei, Fenghanxifei,Tanshiyunfei,Zaoxieshangfei and Tanreyongfei based on syndrome of Chinese medicine. Con-clusion It is feasible that factor analysis applied to syndrome types of chronic cough,which is similar to expert consensus and it was considered that the result can provide objective evidence for syndrome differen-tiation and treatment.
