北京市城区7岁以下儿童单纯性肥胖影响因素分析

目的 分析各种因素对儿童单纯性肥胖的影响。方法 对北京市城区７岁以下的２７４例肥胖儿童采用１：１正常儿童对照方法，测量体重，身高等１２项体格指标，询问儿童饮食习惯，家庭情况等２７项相关因素。结果 多因素分析显示体格指标相关数最高的腹围，肥胖儿童食欲良好，进食速度快，喜爱甜饮料为肥胖儿童的显著影响因素。

Analysis of Factors Influencing Simple Obesity of Children under Age 7 in Beijing Urban Areas

Objectives To analyze various factors which influence the simple obesity of children. Methods To adopt the method of 1:1 matching and to survey 274 cases of children who suffered from simple obesity and whose age was under 7 years.The project measured the 12 indicators of physical development,such as,weight,height etc.as well as the project also investigated 27 factors related to simple obesity(e.g.habit of diet,condition of family and so on). Results Multi factor analysis indicates that the most significant one of indicators related to physical development was abdomenal perimeter,the statistically significant factors related to obesity included hyperphagia,taking food too fast and liking to trink sweet beverage. Conclusion To regularly measure the change of abdomenal perimeter can act as one of indicators monitoring obesity children.It is very necessary to training the good habits of children diet.
