专业思想教育在中医教育体系中具有根本性和领引性的作用，必须明确其主体地位。从以人为本的教育立场出发，在教学的组织管理、专业教学、学生工作等各个方面，通过导向性和辅助性教育手段，使学员端正学习动机，激发学习热情，形成正确的专业价值观和优良的专业品质，增强专业发展的责任感和荣誉感。

Cognition and measures for strengthening the professional ideological education of students in colleges and universities of Traditional Chinese Medicine

It is imperative to establish the dominant position of professional ideological edu- cation because it plays the fundamental and guiding role in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） education system. In order to form the correct sense of value and fine quality in terms of TCM profession and enhance the sense of responsibility and sense of honor in the course of vocational development,the students in colleges and universities of TCM should take a correct motive in their study of TCM and have enthusiasm for their learning. These are the results of all educational means including organization,management,professional teaching and student work,based on the standpoint of people-oriented education.
