| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合方法治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的60例轻中度支气管哮喘急性发作患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例,对照组予西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加以中药汤剂口服。结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为96.67%和83.33%,治疗组明显优于对照组。两组治疗后肺功能指标(FEV1和FEV1%)有明显差异具有统计学意义。结论:中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效优于单纯西医治疗。
