| 摘 要： | 目的:比较10份不同产地菟丝子的抗衰老作用。方法:测定不同实验组小鼠红细胞膜SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)活性、脑组织LF(脂褐素)含量、肝组织MAO-B(单胺氧化酶B)活性、血清LPO(过氧化脂质)含量。结果:10个给药组均能够提高小鼠SOD活性,降低LPO、LF及MAO含量。结论:菟丝子水提液具有良好的抗衰老作用,河北、河南产菟丝子抗衰老作用好于其它样品。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the effects of anti-senile of ten samples of Semen Custutae from different habitat.Methods: Mensurate the content of SOD,LPO,LF and MAO of different experimental group's mouse.Results: 10 medicine groups can enhance the mouse SOD activeness,reduce the content of LPO,LF and MAO.Conclution: Water extracts of Semen Custutae have better effects on anti-senile,and the effects of Semen Custutae which was produced in Hebei and Henan Province are better than the other habitats' on anti-senile. |
