| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨细胞外信号调节激酶（ERK）在涎腺腺样囊性癌细胞中的活性及表达变化：方法：采用RT—PCR和Western blotting法检测SACC—LM及SACC-83细胞系中ERK蛋白mRNA和蛋白表达，测定ERK酶活力。所得实验数据采用SPSS12．0统计软件进行t检验组间比较。结果：ERK在SACC—LM及SACC-83细胞系中的平均活性分别为54．846pmol·min^-1·μg^-1和40．281pmol·min^-1·μg^-1．SACC—LM细胞中ERK具有较高活性：SACC-LM细胞中ERK有较高表达。结论：ERK蛋白活性变化及蛋白表达与SACC的转移有关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) expression between two cell lines in adenoid cystic carcinoma of the salivary glands. Methods: ERK expression and enzyme activity in SACC-LM and SACC-83 cell lines were evaluated through RT-PCR and Western blotting technique. Experimental data were analyzed by ANOVA followed by t test. Results: Activity of ERK in SACC-LM cell line (54.846 pmol·min-1·μg-1) showed significant difference with SACC-83 cell line (40.281 pmol·min-1·μg-1), (P<0.01); expression of ERK within SACC-LM cells (0.834±0.026) also had significant difference with ERK within SACC-83 cells (0.581±0.072), (P<0.01). Conclusion: ERK activity and expression variations within the SACC may possibly related to tumor invasion. |
