三级医院护理人员工作绩效评估量表的构建

摘    要:目的:构建三级医院护理人员工作绩效评估量表。方法:采用定性与定量相结合的方法,根据访谈结果采用Likert 5级评分法编制含47个条目的量表初稿;进行预备测试,采用项目分析法进行条目筛选,形成正式三级医院护理人员工作绩效评估量表,对258名护理人员进行测评,进行数据分析,检验量表的信度和效度。结果:三级医院护理人员的工作绩效主要包括8个因子:掌握专业知识和技能、工作认真努力、组织忠诚、沟通协作、科研创新、良好的职业素质、工作成效和遵守规章制度。各因子及总量表的Cronbach’sα系数均大于为0.760,量表的Guttman Split-Half Coeffecient为0.936,并具有良好的区分效度、内容效度和结构效度。结论:该量表能全面反映三级医院护理人员的工作绩效,信度和效度符合统计学要求,具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:Objective:To construct a performance rating scale for nurses in tertiary hospital. Methods: Quantitative analysis as well as qualitative analysis was conducted in this research. Based on the results of interview with nursing administrators, nurses and patients , a scale draft containing 47 items was developed and a survey were conducted to select the items .
