芪地降糖复胰胶囊配合针刺治疗急性糖尿病性脑梗死35例临床观察

目的 观察芪地降糖复胰胶囊配合针刺治疗急性糖尿病性脑梗死的临床疗效.方法 将70例急性糖尿病性脑梗死患者随机分为2组.治疗组35例在常规治疗基础上予芪地降糖复胰胶囊和针刺治疗,对照组75例单纯予常规治疗.2组疗程均为4周.观察2组临床疗效,并测定2组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分和血脂总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TC)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]、血液流变学全血黏度(高切)、全血黏度(低切)、血浆黏度及纤维蛋白原]的变化情况.结果 治疗组显效率、总有效率分别为65.71％、97.14％,对照组显效率、总有效率分别为37.14％、74.28％,2组显效率、总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组;2组治疗后与本组治疗前和2组治疗后神经功能缺损评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01);治疗组治疗后TC、TC及LDL-C明显改善,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05),与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);2组治疗后与本组治疗前和2组治疗后全血黏度(高切)、全血黏度(低切)、血浆黏度及纤维蛋白原比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 芪地降糖复胰胶囊配合针刺治疗急性糖尿病性脑梗死疗效确切.且能明显改善血糖、血脂及血液流变学指标.

Investigation of diabetic cerbral inforction treated by combination of Qidijiangtangfuyi capsule and acupuncture

Objective To investigate the effect of combination of Qidijiangtangfuyi capsule and acupuncture on diabetic cerbral infarction. Methods 70 cases with diabetic cerbral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group(n=35) were treated by routine therapy.Patients in treatment group(n=35) were treated by combination of routine therapy,Qidijiangtangfuyi capsule and acupuncture.Neurologic impairment score,blood lipid(including TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C) and hemorrheology(whole blood viscosity in high shear rate,whole blood viscosity in low shear rate plasma viscosity,and fibrinogen) were observed for evaluating effect.Results The obvious effective rate and total effective rate in treatment group(65.71%,97.14%) were higher than those in control group(37.14%,74.28%,P<0.05).There were significant differences on neurologic impairment score between pre-and post-treatment in both groups(P<0.01).Improvement of symptoms in treatment group were superior to those in control group(P<0.01).TG,TC and LDL-C after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment in treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Qidijiangtangfuyi capsule and acupuncture can effectively treat diabetic cerbral infarction,and it can improve blood glucose,blood lipid and hemorrheology.
