大黄对老龄大鼠脑缺血再灌注脑组织损伤的保护作用

摘    要:将老龄大鼠分为对照组、模型组、大黄组、尼莫地平组、血栓心脉宁组,观察大黄对老龄大鼠脑缺血再灌注后脑电图和病理组织变化及有关指标改变。结果表明:老龄大鼠脑缺血再灌注脑组织损伤明显,大黄且有 明显保护作用。其作用机制与大黄拮抗自由基损伤,调节ATP酶活性和神经肽及单胺类神经递质的变化,提高一氧化氮含量,降低肿瘤坏死因子有关。

Abstract:Aged rats were divided into control group, model group, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei group, Nimodipine group and Xueshuan Xinmainin group to observe the rheoencephalogram and histopathology changes and changes of relevant indexes. It displayed an obvious brain tissue injury after reperfusion. And Radix et Rhizoma Rhei has a marked protective action, the mechanism of which is related to its antagonism to free radical injury, its ability to regulate changes of ATP activity, neuropeptide and monoamine nerve transmitters, to increase monoxide content and lower necrosins as well.
