精神科男性护理人员临床综合能力的测评

目的 探讨男性护理人员在精神科护理工作中的综合能力。方法 选择在我院临床工作的医护人员30名对4名男护士和4名女护士进行护理综合能力测评，内容包括护理评估能力，护理诊断能力，护理计划能力等6个方面共45个项目。结果 在测评的45个项目中，男护士平均分值高于女护士的33项，占73．3％；男护士平均分值低于女护士的9项，占20．O％；男女护士平均分值持平的3项，占6．，％。尤其在病房管理能力和处理解决突发事件的能力方面，男性优于女性。结论 男性从事护理工作的综合能力明显高于女性，应鼓励更多男性从事护理工作。

Assessment of the Comprehensive Abilities of Male Nurses in Psychiatric Department

Objective To explore the comprehensive abilities of male nurses in psychiatric department. Methods Four male nurses and three female nurses were assessed in their comprehuive nursing abilities by 30 doctors and nurses selected in our hospital.The comprehensive abilities included 45 items in six aspects,such as nursing assessment,nursing diagnosis and nursing planning abilities etc. Results Among the 45 items, the scores of 33 items of the male nurses were highen than that of female nurses(73.3%). The scores of 9 items of male nurses were lower(20.3%). The scores of the remaining 3 items were same in the two groups. Conclusion The comprehensive abilities of male nurses are significanthy higher than that of female nurses. More male adults should be encouraged to work as nurses.
