| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨后牙纵折的保存治疗方法。方法:用结扎外固定方法,对68个纵折后牙行根管治疗术,树脂充填,全冠修复。结果:11个患牙保存失败拔除外,其余疗效满意,保存成功。结论:后牙纵折后及时诊断并经过完善治疗,可以保存患牙而避免拔牙。

| Abstract: | AIM:To discuss the conservative treatment of vertical fracture of posterior teeth.METHODS:68 posterior teeth wich vertical fracture,were ligated annularly,and undergone root canal therapy and resin filling.Then they were protected by artificial crown.RESUTLS:57 teeth were conserved successfully except 11 teeth.CONCLUSION:Posterior teeth with vertical fracture,extraction may be avoided if prompt diagnoses and consummate treatment were performed. |
