| 摘 要： | 目的 了解广东省土源性线虫病流行动态和规律,预测流行趋势,为制定防治对策和评价防治效果提供科学依据.方法 3周岁以上的居民采用Kato-Katz法粪检土源性线虫虫卵,12周岁以下儿童加做透明胶纸肛拭法检测蛲虫卵.结果 共监测4 794人,土源性线虫平均感染率为11.06%,其中蛔虫、钩虫、鞭虫、儿童蛲虫感染率分别为1.34%、3.84%、2.15%、28.74%.结论 广东省监测点居民蛔虫、钩虫、鞭虫感染率明显低于2001-2004年全省人体重要寄生虫病现状调查水平,蛲虫感染率也略有下降.
