| Abstract: | Objective To construct an prokaryotic expression vector of hRNF6(human ring finger protein 6)gene and identify its recombinant protein expression induced by isopro-pyl-1-thio-b-Dgalactopyranoside(IPTG). Methods Total RNA of hRNF6 gene was extracted from prostate cell line CWR22Rv1, The hRNF6 coding sequence was amplified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) method and cloned it into pGEX-5X-1.
