广州市无偿献血10年情况分析(1998-2009年)

目的分析广州市无偿献血的发展趋势,为促进广州市无偿献血的发展提供参考。方法数据检索自1998年10月1日至2009年12月31日在广州血液中心参加无偿献血的个人基本信息,包括:献血者年龄、性别、献血组织形式(单位、个人)、献血场所(集体、街头)、主要流动献血点的血液采集情况等,PASW Statistics 18.0统计分析。结果男性无偿献血人数明显高于女性,差异有统计学意义(χ2=1916.978,P=0.000)。男性献血者1次献血400ml的情况明显好于女性(P<0.001);无偿献血人数比例最高的是25～岁组,男女性均超过30.00%,18～39岁献血者所占比例高达84.31%;在所有参加献血者中,10年期间只献血1次的人数最多,达到77.6%;献血10次以上的献血者仅有0.35%;街头献血人数增长比较快,在1998-2008年间参加单位(集体)献血的人数与参加街头献血的人数相比为1:0.95,2009年则为1:1.78。结论广州市无偿献血的重点人群是青年群体。在重点发展街头无偿献血的同时,集体招募无偿献血也是保证广州市临床血液供应的有效方式。

Investigation on voluntary blood donation in Guangzhou (1998-2009)
