异甘草酸镁对乙肝携带者抗结核药物致肝损害的预防效果

目的评估异甘草酸镁预防乙肝携带者抗结核药物致肝损害的疗效。方法观察时间2个月(强化期)。对照组46例,抗结核治疗同时使用葡醛内酯注射液护肝治疗,治疗组96例,抗结核治疗同时给予异甘草酸镁注射液护肝治疗,观察两组在治疗过程中肝损害的发生率及严重程度。结果治疗组与对照组肝损害发生率分别为14.58%、34.78%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.006);两组中发生肝损害者谷氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、碱性磷酸酶、总胆红素等指标比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论异甘草酸镁对乙肝携带者抗结核治疗所致肝损害有较好的预防作用,并能减轻肝损害的程度,使抗结核治疗顺利进行。

Efficacy of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on the prevention of liver injury in HBV carriers with tuberculosis

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on the prevention of liver injury in HBV carriers receiving anti-tuberculosis drugs.Methods Totally 142 HBV carriers complicating with tuberculosis were studied.The patients were divided into two groups:Patients in group A(96 cases) were treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection and group B(46 cases) subjects were treated with glucuronolactone injection.Results Compared with group B(34.78%),the incidence rate of liver injury was 14...
