| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of p120-catenin (p120ctn) on lung cancer cells to explore if p120ctn has regulatory role on cell cycle. Methods To investigate the role of p120ctn on cell cycle in lung cancer, we knocked down p120ctn using siRNA and measured the cell cycle with flow cytometer(FCM) analysis in vitro and nude mice transplantation in vivo.
