| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨SysmexXS-800i血细胞分析仪检测浆膜腔积液白细胞计数及分类的可行性.方法 使用SysmexXS-800i血细胞分析仪和显微镜计数两种方法,测定60例患者浆膜腔积液白细胞总数,对31例血细胞分析仪能分类标本进行染色镜检分类,并比较两种检测结果的关系.结果 SysmexXS-800i血细胞分析仪测定浆膜腔积液中白细胞数的线性好;白细胞数的携带污染率为0.9%;SysmexXS-800i血细胞分析仪在浆膜腔积液细胞计数时精密性较好;两种方法对于测定白细胞总数和分类有良好的相关性(P均＜0.01).结论 SysmexXS-800i血细胞分析仪能直接用于浆膜腔积液标本的细胞计数及分类,简便、快速、精密、准确,为浆膜腔积液细胞计数分类提供了一种可行性方法,但不能完全替代显微镜计数.
