| 摘 要： | 目的探讨门冬氨酸鸟氨酸（OA）联合促肝细胞生长素（HGF）治疗抗结核药物性肝炎的临床疗效。方法对2006年1月～2009年12月108例确诊为抗结核药物所致药物性肝炎住院患者按确诊先后顺序随机分为治疗组（54例）和对照组（54例）,治疗组给予门冬氨酸鸟氨酸和促肝细胞生长素治疗;对照组应用常规护肝治疗。结果治疗组（54例）治愈34例,显效16例,有效4例,总有效率100%;对照组（54例）治愈21例,显效16例,有效4例,无效13例,总有效率75.9%。治疗4周,2组治疗效果有显著性差异（χ2=14.779,P〈0.01）。治疗组疗效明显高于对照组,且无明显不良反应。结论门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合促肝细胞生长素治疗抗结核药物所致药物性肝炎,能改善临床表现,有效恢复肝功能。
