| 摘 要： | 通过对两株头孢菌素C产生菌顶头孢霉生理生化特性的研究,对发酵过程中各个参数的变化规律与头孢菌素产量之间的关系有了一定的认识,并根据不同菌种的代谢特性配置了一套与其相适应的控制条件,从而达到提高头孢菌素产量的目的。

| Abstract: | The biochemico-physiological characteristics of Cephalosporin C producing strains, C3-7 and its mutant SIPI205 were compared.Results showed that their cultural characteristics such as:the period of growth, the pH value in fermentation, the reducing sugar and NH_3-N value, as well as the productivity of Cephalosporin C were significantly different.In order to obtain the maximum manifestation of the individual culture, the optimization of fermentation parameters were also discussed. |
