阴道残端固定术在子宫脱垂手术中的应用

目的探讨阴道残端固定术在子宫脱垂手术后预防阴道穹窿脱垂的可行性及有效性。方法2002-2005年间60例子宫脱垂病人子宫切除术时运用子宫圆韧带悬吊和子宫骶韧带固定行阴道残端固定术。结果60例病人均顺利完成阴式全子宫切除术及阴道前壁或/和后壁修补术、尿道修补术,并行阴道残端固定术。平均手术时间（45±20）min,平均失血量（50±20）ml,随诊6～24个月,47例治愈,8例有效。结论子宫圆韧带悬吊和子宫骶韧带固定阴道残端固定术在治疗子宫脱垂手术中是一种方便、安全、有效的方法。

Application of Vaginopexy for Uterovaginal and Vault Prolapse

Objective To explore the feasibility and validity of vaginopexy,which was used to prevent the vault prolapse after the surgery of uterine prolapse.Methods Sixty patients with uterine prolapse were treated by vaginopexy through the suspension of round ligament and the fixation of sacral ligament in hysterectomy from 2002 to 2005.Results All the patients had successfully completed vaginopexy after their own surgeries.The average operative time was （45±20） min and the estimated blood loss was （50±20） ml.All the patients were followed up for 6～24 months after operation,47 patients were healed and 8 were effective.Conclusions Vaginopexy is a safe,easy and effective treatment method for the surgery of uterine prolapse.
