摘    要:目的 通过对手部深度烧伤的不同时期的修复,探讨其临床修复效果。方法 对199例2 5 0只手深度烧伤据不同时期分为早期组(10 3例13 2只手)及晚期组(96例118只手) ,均采用大张中厚皮、全厚皮或皮瓣的修复,比较其临床疗效。结果 随访6个月~1年,早期组手部功能优良率为91.2 6% ,晚期组优良率为61.46% ,两组比较差异有高度显著性(χ2 =2 4.83 ,P <0 .0 1) ;两组手部功能恢复时间比较差异有高度显著性(P均<0 .0 1)。结论 早期修复功能恢复效果明显优于晚期组。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical rehabilitation effects of treatments on early and late stages of patients with deep burnt hands. Methods 190 patients with 250 deep burnt hands were grouped into the early-stage group (103 patients with 132 deep burnt hands) and the late-stage group (96 patients with 118 deep burnt hands). Large medium thick skin, full thick skin or skin flap skin grafting rehabilitations were given for the comparison of clinical effects. Results Follow-up surveys from 6 to 12 months were carried out: the rate of excellent hand function in the early-stage group was 91.26% while that in the late-stage group was 61.46%, indicating a significant difference(χ2=24.83,P<0.01);There also existed a significant difference in the healing time of hand function between the two groups (all P<0.01). Conclusion The clinical effects in early-stage cases were much better than those in late-stage cases and therefore wound surface rehabilitation in the early-stage was strongly recommended if conditions permitted.
