先天性全并指分指术双指腹皮瓣重建甲廓

目的 介绍一种先天性全并指分指术时重建甲廓的手术方法.方法 对15例先天性全并指患者在分指术时,利用共有末节手指掌侧皮肤形成宽、窄两块皮瓣覆盖分开后裸露的甲缘,重建甲廓.结果 所有皮瓣成活,30个重建的甲廓中有21个外现满意,其余的(2例由宽皮瓣、7例由窄皮瓣重建)较正常的稍小.术后指腹丰满、无指甲扭曲.结论 本法手术能一次完成,效果满意,是一个治疗先天性全并指重建甲廓的好方法.

Use of a double-pulp flaps for reconstructing naifolds in congenital complete syndactyly release

ve A double- pulp flaps for reconstructing nailfolds in congenital complete syndactyly release is described. Methods A narrow flap and a broad flap were raised on the common distal phalanx to cover the denuded nail-edge in 15 cases. Results All of the flaps were successfully transferred. Among the 30 reconstructed nailfolds, 21 have good appearances and 9(2 fingers covered with a broad flap and 7 fingers covered with a narrow flap) were small but never absent. The operated fingers had normal fullness of pulps and no twisty nails. Conclusions The operation can be performed with one-stage technique. The effects are excellence. It is a good technique to reconstruct nailfolds in congenital complete syndactyly release.
