| 摘 要： | 目的了解郑州市二七区居民碘盐食用情况,为今后碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法按照《全国碘盐监测方案》对二七区碘盐采用直接滴定法（GB/T13025.7-1999）进行检测。结果 2009～2011年,二七区碘盐覆盖率高于95%,合格碘盐食用率高于90%。结论 2009～2011年,全区碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率均达到国家标准。

| Abstract: | Objective To have a good grasp of the situation of iodized salt at Erqi District in Zhengzhou City,so as to provide scientific evidence for prevention and controlling IDD. Methods Surveying on the iodized salt at Erqi District in Zhengzhou according to ＂The Iodized Salt Surveillance Execution Program of Henan Province＂. The iodine content was detected by titration neutralization （GB/T13025. 7- 1999） . Results Iodized salt coverage was higher than 95% and the qualified iodized salt consumption was higher than 90% from 2009 to 2011. Conclusion Iodized salt coverage of iodized salt pass rate and the qualified iodized salt coverage rate to reach the national standard at Erqi District from 2009 to 2011. |
