80例阴式全子宫切除术麻醉探讨

目的探讨阴式全子宫切除术麻醉效果。方法选择采取阴式全子宫切除术80例患者,依据麻醉方式不同分为硬膜外麻醉组40例,腰一硬联合麻醉组40例观察两组麻醉效果。结果腰一硬联合麻醉组麻醉起效时间、阻滞完善时间、硬膜外用药量、术中疼痛评分、肌肉松弛评价显著优于硬膜外麻醉组经统计学分析,P〈0.05表示有显著差异。结论腰一硬联合麻醉具有起效时间快、阻滞完善时间快、用药量小、镇痛效果佳、肌肉松弛良好、安全可靠等特点,可以满足妇科阴式子宫切除术麻醉要求。

Investigation of Anesthesia on Vaginal Hysterectomy for 80 Cases

Objective To investigate vaginal hysterectomy anesthesia. Methods From2009 -03 to 2012 -03 the writer took vaginal hysterectomy in 80 cases, including 40 cases on the basis of different anesthesia epidural anesthesia, and 40 cases in the lumbar epidural combined anesthesia group . The anesthetic effect was observed in two groups. Results The lumbar epidural combined anesthesia group anesthetic onset time, complete block time, epidural drug dosage, intraoperative pain score, muscle relaxa- tion evaluation were significantly superior to epidural anesthesia group by statistical analysis. There were significant differences in P 〈0.05 representation. Conclusion The lumbar epidural combined anesthesia has a faster onset time, complete block time, small dosage, the analgesic effect of good, good muscle relaxation, are safe and reliable, and can meet the gynecological vaginal hysterectomy anesthetic requirements.
