| 摘 要： | 全面提高大学生综合素质,是高校人才培养的根本任务,也是高等教育面对的重大课题。该院围绕大学生综合素质培养的基本核心、基本内容、基本构架进行了相关研究,构建了以＂修身＂为基本核心的大学生综合素质培养体系———大学生文明修身工程,并通过五个平台、五个途径和五大体系为支撑开展了系统的探讨和实践。实施四年来,较好的促进了大学生综合素质的培养,对该院人才培养质量的提高发挥了重要作用。

| Abstract: | To improve the overall comprehensive quality of the college students is the basic task of talents cultivation in colleges and an great topic for higher education. Researches on the cultivation of col- lege students comprehensive quality have been carried out, centering on the basic core, basic components, and basic structure. The training system of college students comprehensive quality is established with the basic core of ＂self-cultivation＂. Systematical discussion and practice also have been carried out, supported by ＂five bases＂, ＂five routes＂ and ＂five systems＂. The training system has a good promoting effect on the cultivation of college students comprehensive quality and plays an important role in improving the quality of talents cultivation. |
