雷公藤片联合帕夫林治疗类风湿性关节炎活动期的观察

目的评价帕夫林联合雷公藤片治疗活动期类风湿性关节炎（RA）的疗效。方法 50名活动期RA患者以1∶1的比例随机分为2组,试验组口服帕夫林和雷公藤片,对照组仅服用雷公藤片,6周后观察治疗效果。结果试验组有较高的改善度（50%和70%改善）,并且晨僵的改善和握力的恢复明显好于对照组。

The efficacy of Total Glucosides of Tripterygium Wilfordii Combined with Paeony Capsules in Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Tripterygium wilfordii（TW） combined with Total Glucosides Paeony Capsules（TGP） in patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA）. Methods 50 patients with active RA were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. Patients in experimental group took Glucosides Paeony Capsules and Tripterygium wilfordii pills orally for six weeks, while patients in control group only with Tripterygium wilfordii pills. Results The proportion of ACR50 and ACR70 of experimental group was greater than that of control group. And improvement of morning stiffness and recovery of grip strength in experimental group was better than control group.
