| 摘 要： | 目的:研究健胃愈疡颗粒对慢性胃炎的影响。方法:观察健胃愈疡颗粒对去氧胆酸钠所致慢性胃炎大鼠的胃组织、胃黏膜前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量的影响,对小鼠胃排空率和小肠碳末推进率的影响。结果:健胃愈疡颗粒能减少大鼠胃黏膜炎细胞浸润,增高PGE2含量,拮抗阿托品对小鼠胃肠的抑制作用。结论:健胃愈疡颗粒对慢性胃炎有较好的治疗作用。 |

| Abstract: | Aim: To study the effects of JianWei granule(JWP) treating chronic gastritis.Methods: Observed the effects of JWP in chronic gastritis models by sodium deoxycholate of gastric tissue morphous,prostaglandin E_2 in gastric mucosa in rats;the effects of JWP on gastric Emptying Rate and small intestine Driving Rate of carbon powder in mice.Results: The inflamed cells in gastric mucosa were observed less in JWP groups than in model group,the contents of PGE_2 higher,depressant effects of Atropine in gastric Emptying and small intestine in mice.Conclusions:JWP had the effect of curing chronic gastritis. |
