| Abstract: | To promote the overall competitiveness of college students is an important issue both in theoretical and practical fields. On the system of selecting college students as sehoot assistant tutors, this paper has discussed the effect and influence on it, and this improves the overall competitiveness of eollege students. This paper has further discussed the application of selecting school assistant tutors at school. |
