军校学员心理健康及其相关因素

目的：探讨各类各年级军校学员心理健康问题的发生情况及其可能的相关因素。方法：采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）、艾森克个性问卷（EPQ）等问卷调查，同时记录个人学习生活相关因素。进行统计学分析以明确与心理健康问题发生的相关因素。结果：对获得的有效问卷（12924份）进行统计学分析。发现学员人群各类心理健康问题发生率为0.9%-10.7%。这些发生率在不同的专业院校有所不同。与心理健康问题发生明显的相关因素有：家族性精神病史，躯体分离健康，个性，若干环境因素。个人表现以及学习态度。结论：当前军校应加强心理健康教育。努力减少心理健康问题发生率。

Mental health of military academy cadets and its related factors

Objective: To probe the occurrence of all military academy cadets' mental health problem in various grades and their potential related factors. Methods: The questionnaires of the symptom checklist 90 (SCL 90) and Eysenck personality questionnaire (EPQ) were used to determine the levels of the mental health of the cadets. The individual related factors both in study and daily life were also recorded at the same time. The statistical analysis was used to determine the related factors associated with the occurrence of cadets' mental health. Results: A total of 12 924 completed questionnaires were returned, and statistical analysis showed that the incidence of all kinds of mental health problems among the cadets was 0.9% to 10.7%. The incidence was various in different military academies. The clear related factors associated with mental health problems were the history of familial psychoses, physical fitness, personality, some surrounding factors, individual achievements and learning attitude. Conclusion: At present, our military academies should enhance the education on cadets' mental health and make an effort to reduce the incidence of these problems.
