社区2型糖尿病患者体重指数及腰臀比与疾病的关系

目的研究社区2型糖尿病患者体重指数（BMI）及腰臀比（WHR）与疾病之间的关系。方法以2008年1月～11月上海市闸北区宝山路街道社区卫生服务中心2型糖尿病数据库随访病例544例为研究对象，进行BMI及WHR的评价。BMI≥24kg／m^2为超重肥胖；WHR男性〉0．9，女性〉0．85为中央性肥胖。分析研究糖尿病危险因素之一BMI及WHR与疾病之间的联系。结果（1）2型糖尿病患者的平均BMI为24．23±3．2kg／m^2。在所有的2型糖尿病患者中，BMI正常者所占的比例最高（47．87％），其次为超重（37．52％）、肥胖（12．57％）和消瘦（2．03％）。（2）在所有的2型糖尿病患者中，发病率最高的是7079岁年龄组（49．54％）。（3）BMI正常者糖尿病患病率是47．87％、超重为37．52％、肥胖为12．57％、消瘦为2．03％。（4）2型糖尿病男性患者WHR〉0．9的有160人，占74．77％；WHR〈0．9的为54人，占25．23％。2型糖尿病女性患者WHR〉0．85的有287人，占87．77％；WHR〈0．85的为40人，占12．23％。结论虽然BMI超重、肥胖人群糖尿病患病率与消瘦和正常人群无明显差别，但WHR男性〉0．9、女性〉0．85的患者糖尿病患病率显著高于WHR〈0．9（男性）、WHR〈0．85（女性）的患者。

The relationship of body mass index and waist--hip with the type-2 diabetes of the Community--based patients

Objective To study the relationship of body mass index and waist hip with the type-2 diabetes of the Community based patients. Method 541 cases with type-2 diabetes followed up from January to November, 2008 in Baoshan Street Community Health Center, Zhabei District, Shanghai. Their BMI and WHR were evaluated. The relationship of BMI and WHR, one of the risk faetors for diabetes, with the disease were analyzed. Results The average BMI of the type 2 diabetes patients was 24.23± 3.2kg/m^2. In all the type-2 diabetes patients, the normal proportion of BMI reached 47.87% highly. The next was overweight, reaching 37.5%. Obesity and thin were 12.57% and 2.03%. In all the type-2 diabetes patients, the elderly aged at 70--79 occupied high proportion of 49.54%. The morbidity of diabetes patients with normal BMI was 47. 87%. Over-weight was 37.52%, Obesity was 12. 57%, the thin was 2.03%. WHR：〉0.9 for men with type-2 diabetes had 160 persons, occupying 74.77%. WHR〈0. 9 had 54, accounting for 25.23%. WHR〉0.85 for women with type-2 diabetes had 287 persons, accounting for 87.77%, WH〈0.85 had 40 persons, accounting for 12.23%. Conclusion Although there was no significance of BMI between the groups of the over-weight, obesity, the thin and normal groups, the morbidity of diabetes in the patients of WHR2〉0.9 for men, and WHR〉0.85 for women higher than those of WHR%0.9 for male and 〉0.85 for women （P〈0.01）.
