| 摘 要： | 目的:研究重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(rhaFGF)在破损皮肤表面给药时的生殖毒性.方法:从SD大鼠怀孕第6天起对破损皮肤连续给药10 d,剂量分别为3 600 U/cm2,1 800 U/cm2,900 U/cm2,观察rhaFGF对大鼠的生育能力、胎鼠的生长发育及骨骼发育的影响.结果:大鼠破损皮肤外用相当于有效剂量60、30和15倍的rhaFGF对母体的毒性、胚胎毒性和致畸作用均无明显的影响.结论:在相当于有效剂量60倍的剂量下使用rhaFGF对母体和胎儿是安全的.

| Abstract: | AIM:To investigate the toxicity of recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor(rhaFGF) on reproduction system in rats.METHODS:The damaged skin on rats was treated with rhaFGF at the dose of(3 600 U/cm~(2)),1 800 U/cm~(2) and 900 U/cm~(2) respectively,once a day for 10 days successively.The fertile activity of mother rats and growing development of embryo was observed.RESULTS:No significant differences in the toxicity of mother rats,or embryo teratogenesis were found between each of group even when treated with rhaFGF at 60-fold effective doses.CONCLUSION: The safety on pregnant rats and the fetus upon treatment on topical damage skin with rhaFGF of doses up to 60-fold effective dose was confirmed. |
