| 摘 要： | 目的:观察育阴调经汤治疗阴虚证月经失调的临床疗效。方法:收集月经失调病例43例,中医辨证以阴虚为主,运用育阴调经汤治疗,观察疗效,比较不同月经失调类型、不同阴虚证型、不同西医病种之间疗效以及疗程与疗效的关系。结果:痊愈17例,显效12例,有效10例,无效4例,痊愈率39.5%,总有效率90.7%。育阴调经汤对各种类型月经失调、阴虚证型及西医病种均有较好的疗效。服药3疗程者疗效显著优于服药1疗程者(P<0.05)。结论:育阴调经汤治疗阴虚证月经失调有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:It is to observe the clinical effects of Yuyin Tiaojing Tang on menoxenia due to yin-deficiency.Methods:43 cases with menoxenia due to yin-deficiency were treated with Yuyin Tiaojing Tang.Compare the effects of different types of yin-deficiency,different syndromes of yin-deficiency and different types of modern medical.Compare the relationship between different courses of treatment and effects.Results:17 cases were recovery,12 cases were effectual,10 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective.The cure rate was 39.5%,The total effective rate was 90.7%.Yuying Tiaojing Tang was effective on different types of yin-deficiency,different syndromes of yin-deficiency and different types of modern medical.The effect of 3 courses was better than that of 1 courseP<0.05 .Conclusions:Yuyin Tiaojing Tang is effective on menoenxia due to yin-deficiency. |
