| 摘 要： | 肺纤维化是一种弥漫件肺疾病,以慢性进行性肺实质损害和纤维化为主要特征,最终导致肺组织结构和功能的严重破坏,目前尚无确切有效的治疗办法.随着对肺纤维化机制的深入研究以及相关的分子生物学技术的发展,凝血及纤溶系统在肺纤维化中的作用越来越受到重视.

| Abstract: | Pulmonary fibrosis is a diffuse lung disease, which is characterized by chronic progressive damage of lung parenchyma and fibrosis. Finally,it can lead to severe damage of the structure and function of lung. There has been no precise and effective treatment for pulmonary fibrosis. With depth study of the mechanism of pulmonary fibrosis and the development of related molecular biology techniques, more and more attention has being paid to the effects of coagulation and fibrinolysis system on pulmonary fibrosis. |
