| 摘 要： | 用间接血球凝集试验检测接受~(131)I-抗AFP治疗后的10例肝癌病人血清中抗马IgG。结果均为阴性。接受~(131)I-抗AFP治疗的病人临床观察尚未发现有过敏反应。表明~(131)Ⅰ-抗AFP生物导弹是安全的。

| Abstract: | Ten patients who had received ~(131)I-anti AFP for radioinmu- notherapy were determined serum human anti-horse immunogloblin with rev- erse passive hemagglutination.All the patients were negative.There was no allergy when patients treated with ~(131)I-anti AFP.These results indicate that ~(131)I-anti AFP for radioimmunotherapy is safe. |
