补气生血精胶囊对^60Co辐照致小鼠骨髓抑制干预的实验研究

目的：探讨补气生血精胶囊对^60Co辐照致小鼠骨髓抑制的干预作用。方法：将60只小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、贞芪扶正胶囊组、补气生血精胶囊低剂量组、补气生血精胶囊中剂量组、补气生血精胶囊高剂量组6组。除空白对照组外余组小鼠均以^60Co辐照致骨髓抑制,造模成功后分别灌胃给予相应药物,连续治疗21d后眼球取血,检测各组小鼠外周血网织红细胞、红细胞计数、白细胞计数、血小板计数、平均血红蛋白浓度、平均血红蛋白量、平均红细胞容积、血红蛋白含量、血细胞比容、骨髓有核细胞计数。结果：补气生血精胶囊对^60Co辐照致骨髓抑制小鼠的骨髓有核细胞、外周血网织红细胞、白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白含量、血小板、红细胞压积具有显著的升高作用,与贞芪扶正胶囊作用大致相当。结论：补气生血精胶囊对^60Co辐照致小鼠骨髓抑制具有明显的干预作用。

Protective Effects of Buqi Shengxuejing Capsule on Myelosuppression Induced by 60Co in Mice

Objective： To investigate the protective effects of Buqi Shengxuejing capsule on myelosuppression induced by ^60Co in mice. Methods：60 mice were randomly divided into blank control group,model group,Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule group, Buqi Shengxuejing capsule group 1 （low dosage）, group 2 （middle dosage）, group 3 （high dosage） （n= 10）. Myelosuppression animal models were induced by ^60Co. 21 d after treatment,the granulophilocyte,RBC,WBC,BPC,Hemolobin concentration,RBCV,haematogobin level,HCT in peripheral blood and bone merrow cells were examined. Result：Buqi Shengxuejing capsule could elevated bone merrow cells, granulophilocyte,WBC,RBC ,haematogobin level,BPC and HCT in peripheral blood induced by ^60Co. Its effect was almost the same as Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule. Conclusion：Buqi Shengxuejing capsule is able to relieve the mice myelosuppression induced by ^60Co.
