摘    要:目的建立气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)测定植物性食品中亚胺硫磷含量的检测方法。方法样品经有机溶剂苯提取后,浓缩定容,利用气相色谱仪毛细管柱和ECD检测器对样品进行检测。结果该方法测定的最低检出限为0.01mg/kg,当加标剂量为0.6、1.8mg/kg时,回收率为91.7%、85.6%,相对标准偏差为2.75%。结论该方法操作简便,重现性好,比国标方法中用GC—FPD测定,灵敏度更高,峰形也更好,是检测植物性食品中亚胺硫磷的有效测定方法。

Abstract: Objective] To establish a new gas chromatography - electron capture detection (GC-ECD) method for quantitative detection of phosmet in plant food. Methods ] The sample was abstracted by benzene, and concentrated to a defined volume, after that it was tested and analyzed by capillary column and GC-ECD. Results] In this method, the detection limit was 0.01 mg/kg, the recovery rates were 91.7% and 85.6% , the relative standard deviations(RSDS) was 2.75 % while dosage of addition were 0.6 mg/kg and 1. 8 mg/kg. Conclusion]This method is simple and reproducible. It is more sensitive and has better peak shape compared with GC-FPD method in national standard. It's an effective method for determination of phosmet in plant food.
