| Abstract: | This article summarized the actuality of nursing research teamwork in hospitals from the following aspects,such as the experience of building nursing research teamwork in some hospitals,the concept of research teamwork,the characteristics of high efficiency teamwork and the mode of leadership.Also,the author proposed some suggestions about how to build nursing research teamwork in hospitals,such as the necessity of building nursing research teamwork,the material forms,working means and management. |
