| 摘 要： | 用光镜和透射电镜观察了１８只Ｗｉｓｔａｒ鼠局灶性脑缺血灶周围区（ｎ＝９）和内囊血肿周围区（ｎ＝９）的病理改变。结果发现脑缺血周围脑细胞水肿严重,水肿区宽度约１．３１ｍｍ,脑血肿周围区由边界清楚的挤压区和水肿区组成,其宽度约０．８５ｍｍ,这提示在损害体积相等,部位相同的情况下,缺血性脑卒中造成的损伤比出血性脑卒中造成的损伤严重。

| Abstract: | The histopathologic changes of peri lesion zones of cerebral ischencia (n=9) and cerebral hemorrhage (n=9) in Wistar rats were observed under light and electronic microscope.The results showed that the edema of cell was more severe in peri lesion zones of cerebral ischemia than that of cerebral hemorrhage,the width of the zone of edema was about 1.31mm in cerebral ischemia,and the peri hematoma zone consisted of zone of compression and zone of edema,the width of the whole peri hematoma zone was about 0.85mm.It suggested that if the size of the lesion is equal and the location is the same;an ischemic insult brings on a more severe. |
