| 摘 要： | 目的:制备双术健脾通腑胶囊并建立其质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中主要药材苍术、白术、大黄分别进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定大黄中有效成分大黄酚的含量。结果:在薄层色谱中均能定性检出苍术、白术、大黄;大黄酚的检测浓度线性范围为41.2~185.4μg/ml(r=0.9 993,n=5),平均回收率为99.96%(RSD=0.73%,n=6)。结论:该制剂处方合理,制备工艺简便,质量控制方法简单、准确。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To prepare Shuangshu jianpitongfu capsules and establish the method for its quality control.METHODS: Rhizoma atractylodis,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and radix et rhizoma rhei were identified by TLC and chrysophanol in radix et rhizoma rhei was determined by HPLC.RESULTS: Rhizoma atractylodis,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and radix et rhizoma rhei could be identified by TLC.Determination concentration of chrysophanol was linear at range of 41.2～ 185.4μ g/ml(r=0.9 993,n=5),the average recovery was 99.96%(RSD=0.73%,n=6).CONCLUSIONS: The preparation was reasonable in formulation,convenient in preparation technique,and simple and accurate in method of quality control. |
