| 摘 要： | 脂联素是脂肪细胞分泌的细胞因子,慢性心力衰竭患者血浆脂联素水平升高。血浆脂联素能够改善心肌代谢,调节心肌细胞外基质的变化,参与心肌重构,改善胰岛素抵抗,抑制肿瘤坏死因子、C反应蛋白、内皮素及白细胞介素6等炎性因子的活化,从而延缓心力衰竭的进程。该文综述了对脂联素及其在慢性心力衰竭发生、发展中的可能作用、影响因素及其与心功能的关系。

| Abstract: | Adiponeetin produced in adipoeytes may participate in progression of heart failure. The current study found that the levels of plasma adiponectin is high in patients with chronic heart failure. Plasmic adiponectin can improve myocardial metabolism, regulate extracellular matrix ehanges, participate in myocardial remodeling,reduce insulin resistance, and inhibit the activation of tumor necrosis factor, Creactive protein, endothelin,interleukin 6 and other inflammatory cytokine,thereby delaying the process of heart failure. This artMe reviewed adiponectin and the possible role in the prevalence, development and its impact factors, the relationship with cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure. |
