睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与冠心病关系的研究

目的:探讨睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(Sleep Apnea Syndrome,SAS)患者血浆一氧化氮(nitricoxide,NO)及内皮素(endothelin,ET)水平与冠心病(Coronary Heart Disease,CHD)的关系。方法:30例健康者为对照组,50例睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者分为伴CHD组(21例)和不伴CHD组(29例)。测定和比较各组间的血浆NO、ET及其比值的动态变化。结果:与对照组相比,SAS组无论有无CHD,其血浆NO均明显下降,ET水平升高,NO/ET比值明显下降,具有统计学意义,P<0.05或P<0.01;SAS组间相比,伴有CHD的患者,其NO明显下降,ET水平升高,NO/ET比值显著下降,具有统计学意义,P<0.05或P<0.01。结论:SAS患者存在明显的内皮功能障碍,以伴CHD者为主,血管内皮功能损伤可能是SAS患者并发CHD的原因之一。

Relationship Between Sleep Apnea Syndrome and Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To explore the relation of the levels of vascular endothelium(ET)and nitricoxide(NO)with coronary heart disease(CHD)in patients with sleep apnea syndrome(SAS).Methods:30 normals were selected as control group.50 SAS patients wre divided into two groups:CHD group(n=21)and non-CHD group(n=29).The changes of the level of ET and NO were detected and compared.Results:Compared with control group,the level of NO was decreased and that of ET was increased,the ratio of NO/ET was lower in SAS group with or without CHD(P<0.05,P<0.01).The level of NO was decreased and that of ET was increased,the ratio of NO/ET was lower in SAS group with CHD than those in in SAS group without CHD(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:SAS patients had markely dysfunction in endothelium,specially in those with CHD,which indicated that SAS complicated with CHD is one of agents of dysfunction in vascular endothelium.
