| 摘 要： | 目的通过观察颅外颈动脉血管病变，探讨不同类型脑梗死的临床特征。方法对24例脑梗死患者进行颈动脉彩色超声筛查并进行全脑及颈动脉DSA（数字减影血管造影）检查，对其血管病变进行回顾性分析。结果24例脑梗死患者中均存在颈动脉狭窄及斑块，其中5例存在双侧颈动脉狭窄及斑块。结论颈动脉血管病变是脑梗死的主要发病原因之一，临床上应予高度重视。
