141例卵巢畸胎瘤临床病理分析

目的：探讨卵巢畸胎瘤在术前及术中的处理原则及病理类型。方法：回顾性分析近5年141例卵巢畸胎瘤住院病例的临床病理资料。结果：全部病人均手术病理诊断证实，其中良性畸胎瘤（136/141）96.5%，恶性畸胎瘤（3/141）2.1%，单胚层畸胎瘤（2/141）1.4%。术前B超检查131例，102例提示良性肿瘤，提示畸胎瘤占（81/102）80%。术中对侧卵巢剖视48例，发现良性肿瘤11例，恶性肿瘤2例，占27.08%(13/48)。结论：卵巢畸胎瘤术前辅助检查以B超适宜，术中对侧卵巢切开探查实属必要。

Clinicopathologic Analysis of 141 Cases with Ovarian Teratomas

objective: To investigate guidelines for the management of pre-operational, operational, and pathological patterns in patients with ovarian teratomas.Methods:The clinicopathologic data of 141 cases with ovarian teratomas were analyzed retrospectively.Results: All cases were diagnosed pathologically again after the operation. Of all the cases,the rate of benign,malignant,and monodermal teratomas were 96.5%(136/141), 2.1%(3/141), and 1.4%(2/141),respectively.Before the operation,102 of 131 cases examined with the B ultrasound were found to have benign teratomas,and the rate of teratomas was 80%(81/102). During the operation,the opposite ovaries of 48 cases incised were diagnostically found to have 11 cases of benign tumors and 2 cases of malignant tumors.The positive rate of diagnostical incision was 27.08%(13/48).Conclusion: It is suitable for the case with ovarian teratomas to be diagnosed auxiliarily by the B ultrasound.And during operation, it is essential for the opposite ovary of the case to be explored surgically.
