万爽力改善冠心病患者内皮细胞一些功能的临床观察

目的　探讨万爽力 (曲美他嗪 )对冠心病患者内皮细胞一些功能的影响。方法　对 6 1例冠心病患者采用随机、单盲、对照的方法分为两组 ,一组为常规治疗组 (n =30 ) ,另一组为万爽力组 (n =31) ,连续治疗 8w。治疗前后静脉抽血 ,采用放射免疫法测定血浆中的肾上腺髓质素 (ADM)及内皮素 - 1(ET - 1)的浓度。结果　万爽力组治疗后ADM浓度明显上升 (P <0 0 5 ) ,同时ET - 1浓度明显下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且与常规治疗组比较有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　万爽力可改善冠心病患者内皮细胞功能。

The Effect of Trimetazidine on the Vasculal Endothelial Function in Stable Coronary Artery Disease

Objectives To observe the effect of trimetazidine on vascular endothelial function in stable coronary artery disease. Methods 61 patients with stable coronary artery disease were divided into two groups by using a randomized,control and single blind method,trimetazidine group(n=31)and routine treatment group(n=30),with a teatment course of 8 weeks for both groups.The concentration of plasma endothelin(ET-1) and adrenomedulium(ADM) were measured by radioimmunoassay in 61 cases before and after the treatment.Results Plasma ADM and ET-1 concentration in trimetazidine group were improved obviously, there was a singnificant difference between trimetazidine group and routine treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusions Trimetazidine can improve the vascular endothelial function in patients with stable coronary artery disease.
